In Progress does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All files imported into the app are stored locally on your device. No data is sent to any server. No analytics are collected. No account is required. No internet connection is ever needed. The app does not use any third-party SDKs or tracking tools.
Under GDPR, you have the right to request confirmation of whether any personal data concerning you is being processed. Since In Progress collects no data whatsoever, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. You are welcome to contact us at any time for confirmation of this.
In accordance with Portuguese law (Decree-Law 156/2005 and 74/2017), you may submit a complaint via the Electronic Complaints Book: www.livroreclamacoes.pt
